THE GOVERNMENT'S "NOBLEST. TASK." ■ Received February 9, 10.35 p.m. BERLIN. February 9. Prince Bulow, Chancellor of the Empire, addressing the Argicultural Council, said the ncblest task of the Government was to strengthen the peasants against social democracy. While the peasants were comfortably settled on their holdings social democracy would not be dominant from the Baltic to the Alps.
