A SENSATION IN THE REICHSTAG. BISMARCK'S POLICY ATTACKED. Received February 8, 11.7 a.m. BERLIN, February 8. M. Posadowsky, Minister of the Interior, in the Reichstag, created great excitement by violently attacking the Social Democrats.
