BARGAINS IN LAND.
One of the chief characteristics of the Pahiatna district is the wonderful fertility of the soil, and the exceptional advantages it offers to the dairy farmer. Successful settlement has led to the establishment of dairy factories in all parts of the district, which has rapidly gone ahead to the benefit of the farmer and the district generally. The land has a colonial reputation, and this, backed up by the fine central position of progressive Fahiatua, has led to enquiries for land being made from all parts of New Zealand and from Australia as well. In our issue of to-day, Messrs E. B. Hare and Co., who have carried on a land agency business most successfully in Pahiatna for a number of years, have an announcement in which is enumerated a few of the choice properties which can be purchased on application to them. The list includes properties ranging from 300 to 450 acres, and these are only a few that have been placed in the firm's hands for disposal.
