A CORRECTION. ASHBURTON, February 5. , The Stipendiary Magistrate takes exception to the telegraphed report of his judgment with regard to his interpretation of what a package is io Friday's liquor cases telegram. He was reported to have stated that a package was something containing liquor, the aotual appearance of which did not give any indication of its contents, whereas the Magistrate states his definition of a package was "something containing liquor, the outward appearance of which did not plainly indicate its actual contents."
