UTILII'I CLUB. —ll [OHRIBTOHUROH.jJJanuary 29. The statement for the 39th week of tne New Zealand Utility Poultry Club's Egg-layine competition, at Lincoln College, shows that 618 eggs were laid during the £week, making a total to date of 25,441. The best totals for the. week were: —J. H. Shaw's Brown Leghorns, 28; H. Leger's White Wyandottes, 25; S. iCox's Buff Orpingtons, 24; H. Hawke's Silver Wyandottes, 24. The highest grand totals to date are—-H. Hawke's Silver Wyandottes, I,012; J. Mann's White Wyandottes, 890; J. H. Shaw's Brown Leghorns, 867.
