This morningi Mr Adams, for the No - license Party, addressed the Gtjurt, contending that even admitting that the Court disallowed the votes scrutinised, respondents must suoceed if the Court agreed with his contention that abseut voters' permits and unsealed papers should not be treated as suggested by petitioners—that is, added to the total votes recorded.
