The Inward miil is due at Masterton by the 10.0 pm. on the same date as at Wellington. MASTERTON TELEGRAPH _ HOOTS. ' Tho iffiec- hours for telegraph work, at Masterton, are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and from 7 p.m. to midnight daily (Saturday excepted). Sundays from 5 to 5.30 Holidays from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., and from 7 p.m. to midnight. Telephone Exchange is open from 8 a.m. to midnight daily (Sundays excepted). On Good Friday and Christmas Day the hours are 9 to 10 a.m. only RATES OF POSTAGE. (From the N.Z. Postal Guide). .
