FOUND DEAD.

A CAB-DRIVER'S END. NAPIER, January 9. A oab-driver named W. Downey was found in his stable in an unoonscious condition this evening and taken to the hospital, where an examination showed that he bad apnarently swallowed some horse liniment. He died at 11.30 p.m. No information is to hand as to whether the liniment had been taken in error or not.
