NIGERIA.
A DOCTOR'S DEATH. Received January 6, 7.59 a.m. LONDON, January 5. Dr Stewart, who was attached to the Nigerian Government, was killed by natives while on a two days' march in Nigeria. He went ahead of the escort on a bicycle, and was lost, when tho natives attacked him and partly ate his body.
