Upper Hutt Thirds defeated "Wellington College Old Boys on Saturday last by eight points to nil. This team is second in the championship on grade and has every prospect of securing the championship this season. Mr. Ralph Macßandle, the capable coach, has welded this team into a really good side, and great -credit is due to him for his untiring •efforts for the lads.
