CABLEGRAMS TO OUK WOUNDED The following amended instructions have been issued by the Telegraph Department in regard to communicating with members of our Expeditionary Force at the front : (A) Three free telegrams of inquiry about any member of the Expeditionary Forceß reported wounded seriously or dangerously wounded or those otticlally reported to be suffering from disease may l sent if addressed to the Seoretary of the General Post Office. The inquirymust be briefly worded and must be confined to asking about the condition of the wounded or sick person. It must contain full information for the idenlilicatiou of that person, including rank, name, regimental numlier, and name of unit. In the cane of the navy the Christian name and surname of the persan, bin rank or rating, his official or divisional number, and the name of the ship 01 establishment. All enquiries concerning persons at the seat of war are made through the High Commissioner. Tl.i-. foregoing dues not refer to soldiers reportii' J slightly wounded.
