TUAPEKA COUNTY. pUBLIC NOTICITis hereby given in accordance with seotion 6 of " The Motor Regulation Act 1908" that the Tuapeka County Council has made a By. law relating to Motors of which the following is a copy : TUAPEKA COUNTY. By-law No. 3, 1914. A By-law to amend "The Tuapeka County By-law No. 2,1909." IN PURSUANCE of the powers provisions and authorities vested in it by "The Counties Act 1908" "The Public Works Act 1908" and,"The Motor Regulation Act 1908 " and of all and each and every.other power provision and authority contained in any other Acta or otherwise vested in it the Tuapeka Comity Council doth hereby wake and ordain by way of Special Order til following By-law for Tuapeka County that is to say:--The short title of this By-law shall be " The Tuapeka Oouuty By-law No. 3, 1914." This By-law shall] ho read with aim form part of "The Tuapeka Couiily By-law No. 2, 1909 " in like manner as it the same had been enacted therein, and shall come into force en the twelfth day of February 1914. The Schedule to the said " The Tuapeka County |iy-luw No. 2, 19u9" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following subsection : 4 The road from the Tuapeka Mouth Bridge up the east bank of the Clutha River to Kongaliere Punt situated in Block I Waitaliuna West District and in Block VIII Tuapeka West District. The terminal portions of the said prohibited road are at present indicated by pe; the road aud will be,further indicateu UJ a sign bearing jthe words " Prohibited to Motors by the Tuapeka.Cuunly Council, 5 That portion of the road from Waitn buna to Greenlield Settlement across Poison's Creek which runs between sections 8 and 18 and sections 9,10, 11 and 7 Block VI," Waitaliuna West District. This By-law was duly made by the Council of the Tuapeka County by Special Order duly passed and adopted at ft special meeting of the Council d«ly convened and held at the Council Chambers on, Wednesday the 26th day of Novem ber 1913, and confirmed at a meeting of the Council duly convened and held at the Council Chambers on Friday, the 16th day of January, 1914.
