Stevenson's Pictures.

A. GOOD I'IiOGRAEME. " A JHothering Heart," the star item on a good programme to be screened by the popular Stevenson Picture Co. to-night deals with the manner in which a happy home was broken up through, the agency of a flirt, who succeeded in winning the aliection oi the husband, who in turn deserted his wife,,. The story, however, was brought to a happy climax by the reconciliation of man and wife, and in true picture fashion both lived happily evor after. " Out in the Storm " is a most interesting iihn with a particularly i'me ending, depicting as it did how a man formerly ol good character sank low in the depths of degradation fut was ultimately guided iback to the straight path through having saved the life of a sick child. " Polly the Scout and th« Jewel Thieves " portray the reresourceful tactics adopted liy a girl scout in her successful attempt to capture a gang of thieves. A scenic lilm, " iltuin Lakeß," illustrate the charming and picturesque scenery which abounds in this locality. The comic section is ian exceptionally fine one, and should create much amusement. The latest " N.Z. Gazette " will also be shown.
