200 LIVES LOST IN MEXICO.

STARVATION FACING THOUSANDS' VANCOUVER, July 15. A message from Mexico City says that through cloudbursts and ilooods 200 persons have -been, killed in Guanajuato State, and the cities of Salamanca and Oolaya nave been destroyed. Starvation is facing thousands of people, and property valued at twenty million dollars has been wiped out in Santiago Valley, A New York message says that at Denver 600 per«ple are homeless, and several deaths from a cloudburst Hooding the entire city.
