With the object of remedying this defect, we have entered into a Large Building Contract, with the result that in January next the OLD BUILDING (another of Dunedin's landmarks) IS COMING DOWN, to be replaced by a TWO=STORIED MODERN and MORE SPACIOUS BUILD= ING. To carry out our plans it is imperative to make as nearly as possible an Absolute eiearance OF, OUR Hence on Wednesday, 27th Nov., We shall commence a Gigantic Clearing Sale, When everything throughout the Warehouse will be sold at Colossal Sale Prices, and in some cases less, to ensure a speedy clearance, which must be effected by January Ist in order to admit the Contractors.
