WARDEN'S COURT.
The following applications are set down for hearing before G. Cruickshank, Esq., at the Warden's Court, Lawrence, on Thursday, 25th October, 1906, at 2 p.m. :— Borough Council of Lawrence : Alteration of the course of their water-race at Farrell's Gully, Blue Spur, the whole of the altered course to consist of pipes. William Adams : Absolute surrender of special dredging claim, Beaumont. Arthur C. Buckland : Ordinary prospecting license, Antimony Reef, Waipori. William Adams and another : Waterrace at Black Rock Creek, Waipori. William Adams and another : Waterrace at Broad or South Rock Creek, Waipori. John King : Water-race at the east side of the Beanmont River, Beaumont. P. P. Thomas and Party : Water-race at Slaughterman's Gully, Munros Gully. The South African footballers, who are touring England, defeated Yorkshire by > 34 points to nil.
