Roughly, there is £2200 arrears which one shareholdor estimated would not realise more than £200 £2,300 is due on the machinery and £500 on the pontoons, having a dafieienoy (provided all the calls outstanding are good) of aboat '-- £400. After a lengthy discussion a commit- ~ tee consisting of Messrs Boott, Campbell, -Lee, Findlay, and Whetter, were appointed to confer with the directors as to tbe future operations of the Company.
