WILLIAM WOODVILLE SHELMERDINE, Signature of Applicant. (By his solicitor David Pinlayson.) Precise time of filing of the foregoing application : 12.15 p.m. on 27/9/1901. Time and place appointed for the hearing of the application and all objections thereto —Monday, 28th October, 1901, at 2.30 p.m., at the Warden's Court, Lawrence. Objections must be filed in the Registrar's office and notified to applicant at least 24 i hours before the day fo appointed. A M. BYES, Mining Registrar. Notice is hereby given that upon the hearing of the above-mentioned application a certificate of abandonment of the special dredging claim held under the said License No. 20/1901, granted to Hugh Crossao, as representing The Golden Channel Dredging j .Company, Limited, will be applied for and may be granted unless cause to the contrary is shown.
