Trustee! for the management of the Duntroon recreation reserve, section 28, block 4, Mftruwenuft district :— Davids Grant, - Robert Laughlsn; M'Bean, John Easßon Dewar, Frederick Beeven, and Archibald Grant. — Be rifle range required on the reserve, for which these trutteeß were nominated as .a Domain Ijfoafd, Lieutenantcolonel Headland has now withdrawn his application for a portion of it. — The board, recommend' the Government to constitute the trustees a Domain. Board to control this recreation reserve, the gentlemen nominated to form the first Board. Quin and Rodger applied, on behalf of Ottrey Bros., for a half-year's license to cut mining props in the Birch Bosh, Black Gully, run 169, Orookaton cUekfiet. — License issued at 8s per 100, if props do not exceed 7ft in length. Ann Fitzgerald was allowed to take a crop off sections 1 and 2, block 4, Tuapeka East district, held by her under half-yearly licence. .Mr M. M'Lean forwarded report. Application by J.ohn Cumine to purchase closed roadline between sections 23, block 3, and 24, block 4, Waihola district. ' Bruce County Council state no objection to roadline being disposed of. — Left in the bands of the commissioner to dear with. A. L. Herd man, .on behalf of the executors of the late David Baird, applied to have the occupation lease granted David Baud over 25 acres in block 7, Upper Tttieri district, issued iq name of D- C Stewart, io whom it i has been arranged to sell the property. — In accordance with Mr Herdman's request, and on the production of a letter from the executors of Mr Baid, the name of D.
