I PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the -*■ Lawrence Borough Council, under and by virtue of the powers conferred upon the sajid Council by " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1886," and its amendments, proposes to BORROW a sum of MONEY by way of special loan, of which the following are the particulars : — 1.
