Bab one and one-half ounces o! bread cramba and one ounce of dripping weU together : one desertspoonf ol of chopped parsley, one onion, a little salt and pepper. Bind all together with one tablespoonfal of milk. Staff the haddock with the mixture, sew it ap neatly and pat it into a baking pan. Broih it over with melted drippings or batter. Sprinkle it with one ounce, of bread orambs and bake in a moderate oven, basting it ceoa. sionallv.
