NOTICE Is Hereby Given that the Borough Council of Lawrence did, at a meeting held in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, Lawrence, on the 6tb. day of June, 1892, approve of the foregoing Estimate ; and notice is further given that it is intended at a meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, on Monday, the 20th day of June, 1892, at the hour of 8 p.m., to make and levy a General Rate of One Shilling in the pound upon the Values of all Rateable Property within the Borough. Also, a Special Water Rate of Sixpence in the pound upon the Rateable Value of Property which is within the water-rate limit of the Borough. That such Rates will be made for the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1893, payable in one sum on the Ist day of August, 1892; and that the particulars of said Rates have been transcribed into a Ratebook in form and manner required by the Rating Act, 1876, and that such Rate-book is kept at the Office of the Borough Council, Town Hall, Lawrence, and is open for inspection by all Ratepayers during office hours.
