Directions For Making Paper Flowers.
Materials required : Tissue paper of various sbadea and fine wire for roses ; as many diffirsnt ebadea of red and yellow as you wish. Cat three strips 15 incbea locg for each ros >. Fold across the centre and fold again, making a fan-shape. Now make straight cuts in each of the folds toward ths centre, stopping about one inch from that point ; also three similiar cuts at f qual d : stances between. Round tbe cornsra of each section and open it ; yon will have 16 leaves. Now take each leaf between the thumb and finger and give it just one twist, pst t-nongb to make tbo sides change places. After they are all made, place them together, pierce through the centre and run the wire through, and wrap a small bit of cotton on one end of the wire, a!ao a pieoa baok of the wire to hold it in place.
