Havelock Commonage Trustees v. Dath. — Claim of £2 10a for use and occupation of five acres of commonage for four years. Air Crooke for plaintiffs ; >Mr Finlayson for defendant. After hearing evidence and arguments, the Court gave judgment for plaintiffs for £1 12s ; costs of Court, 9s ; and solicitor's fee, 10s 6d.
UNREGISTERED DOGS.
John Carson and F. Ross were charged by Constable Daubney, Registrar of Dogs, with keeping unregistered* dogs. The fees having been paid since the issue of the summonses, the cases were withdrawn on payment of court fees.
