TUAPEKA RIFLES.
The tenth competition for the silver cup and range prizes presented by Captain M'Keich took place on the nfle range on the 18th and 23rd lust. The shooting was not up to the average, as the weather was very squally on,hothdays, thus rendering good shooting an impossibility. Christie ... 17 10 2 9— 39 *Eange prizes. The highest scorers in the competition to date are— Vol. Hart (15), Vol. Phillipps (14), Corp. Henry (14), Vol. Smith (11), Vol. E. 3unn (11), Vol. Martin (11), Vol. Stenhouse (11), A. M'Keioh (10), Col.-Sergt Brooks (9).
