(Before His Honor Judge Ward.) A sitting of the District Court was held in the Courthouse, Lawrence, yesterday forenoon. IN BAIfKETTPXCr. John Scott (by his solicitor, Mr Finlayson) applied for an order of discharge. — Granted. — Mr M'Coy moved far solicitor's costs. — Order made. John Michael. — Public examination of debtor. Mr Crooke for the Deputy-Official Assignee} Mr Finlayson for the bankrupt. — Examination closed. — Mr Crooke applied for costs. — Granted by assent of the Official Assignee. John Wallace. — Public examination. Mr Gooday for bankrupt; Mr M'Coy for Deputy - Official Assignee. — Examination closed. In the estate of P. Cahill, an application lor costs was adjourned till next sitting of the Court. IiKXIBBS OF ADMINISTBA.TION. Mr M'Coy applied (on behalf of Emily Bruce) for letters of administration in the estate of the late Elizabeth Moore; As there was a son in America, His Honor adjourned the application for amendment, so tha* provision could be made for the son to administer the estate if he desired to do so. There was no further business before the Court.
