("Argus" Special to Press Association.) London, July Ist. A grand naval tournament has been held at Bantry by the fifteen ironclads under the command of Admiral Seymour T. B. Hoinby which were despatched to the coast, of Ireland for the purpose of carrying put an elaborate system of naval manoeuvres. The tournament was a splendid spectacle. Edward Hanlan, the sculler, was nearly drowned at Toronto while out rowing. The Diet of the Duchy of Brunswick has rejected the claims of the Duke of Cumberland to the dukedom. Lord Carnarvqn has been sworn in r.s a member of the Ministry.
