To the Warden at Lawrence. mAKE NOTICE that it is intended to construct a Water-race to divert and uw water for milling purposes, from Gabriels GuUy, commencing at a point on the east side of Gabriels Gully, opposite John Pope's house, and terminating at the Derwent-street bridge. The length of such water-race will be about one mile o^ thereabouts, and its intended course is south-west.
