TN pursuance of "The Regulation, of *Eleotions Act, 1881," I, John Nttgen*, VSF&h), Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Tuapeka, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ bearing dale the twenty-,, seventh day of June, 1884, under the hand of the Clerk of the Write,' atfelection wilTßeheld for the return of a qualified person to serve as member for the said Electoral District ; and that the Nomination of Candidates will take place at the Courthouse at Lawrence at noon on TUESDAY, the fifteenth day of JULY, 1884; and that the Poll (if necessary) will be taken at the several Polling Places of the said district on TUESDAY, the twenty- second day of JULY, 1884.
