All Entries and Acceptances must be in sealed covers, addressed to the Secretary, and must contain entrance-money ; description, pedigree, and ago of hones; and colors to be worn by tbe jockey. A penalty of two sovereigns will be enforced for Riding in wrong colors. 4. Three starters for each event or no race, 5. No person to enter a horse unless he be a subscriber of not less th*ra£l sterling to the funds; and no person to nominate unless both Owner and nominator be a subscriber of the same amount. 6. In the event of anyone entering a protest, the sum of £1 must be lodged with the Secretary before such protest can be considered, the protest-money to be forfeited to tbe funds should tbe Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious. 1.
