LOCAL SALES. Mr John Thompson reports that bis month 1 ly sale on Thursday last, ut the Tuapcku Hotel yards, was largely attended pi'j cows (m fair condition) brought from £3 AOt to- £4, 15s ; two-year-old steers, £3 7s 6 I ; •heifer*, from £i 15a. t0 £3 5.«. Fiit wethers realised 12s 6d each ; LeicestCT rams, 21s to 27a 6J ; merino rams, 19s to 20s. All the cattle jar 'ed (25 head) were sold ; also, all the fat wethers and fourteen rams. Mr Thompson would draw attention to his special sale of sheep at M'Donuld's Tuapo'a Hotel on the 20th instant.
