Sib, — I notice in your report of the case " Butler v. Bulfin " that it is stated that the witness Mitchell was brought to the Court under a warrant. I may state that such was not the case, but that my son came to the Court after 10s had been tendered him for his expenses. My son was willing to come always, upon his expenses being paid. — I am, &c, Allan Mitchell. Lawrence, 29th March, 1882.
