[$V TBLEGKAPH.] Roxburgh, December 9 th. At the Resi lent Magistrate's Court, to-day, before Major Keddell, Cosgrove v. Ah Tick, was settled out of Court. Same v. O'Bi-ien. — Claim. £% being balance due in ye sale of a horse. — Judgment for plaintiff, with 5s costs. Ormond v. Thompson. ' — Defendant being bankrupt, the case was struck out. Ormond v. Swanwick. —No appearance of either party. — Case struck out. Quayle v. James Anderson. —Debt, £1 7s 6 J. — Amount paid into Court. John Inglis v. Jas. Mackay. — Damages, £5, for dog worrying sheep. — Case settled out of Court. Same v. Robert Bennetts. — Similar case ; damages, £5. — Judgment for plaintiff, with costs, 7s.
