These receive half-yearly dividend, :it eight per. cent, per annum, and an annua bonus out of surplus profits. Class B Shakes are of £25 each. Tbey re paid up by 75 monthly subscriptions of 5s each. The annual bonus is placed to the credit of these Shares from year to year, and the accumulated bonuses are paid in addition to the £25, Shabes of Both Classes are entitled, when five.years old, to a further yearly honus out of the divisions out of the Guarantee Fund, one fifth of which is divided annually.
