Letter from Mr Dunne (Clerk of the Borough of Queenstown) asking that he might be furnished with a copy of the bye-laws of the Lawrence Borough Council. — Request to be complied with. Letter from Mr J. S. Webb (Chamber of Commerce, Dunedin) stating that he had been directed by the Local Exhibition Committee to ask the Council to co-oper-ate with them in the endeavor to secure a proper representation of the productions and industries of this part of the Colony at the Sydney Exhibition, to be held in August next.— As Mr. Webb stated that he would furnish fuller particulars as soon as convenient, the Council decided to postpone consideration of the letter ; Mr Webb to be informed in the meantime that the Council would do all they possibly could to further the object in view.
