The Season has again come round when Fashion asserts her swaj, and obtrudes upon our attention some fresh Novelties that make the dress of tbe past season become, in a week or two, antiquated and queer. She asserts her sway in such an arbitary manner that we feel compelled, even if reluctantly, to yield and Rive in adopting as a matter of course the adornment for our persons which is evolved from the brain of the fashion-producer. Per haps it is well that it is so ; for if there wer not constant changes in the manufacture of Dress and Ornaments, how would all the people employed thereby find work .' We submit, and come to the logical conclusion, that the best thing to do is to discover where w« will find the hest place to supply ourselves most advantageously.
