These receive half-yearly dividend at eight per cent, per annum, and an annua bonus out of surplus profits. Class B Shabks are of £25 each. They are paid up by 75 monthly subscriptions of 5s each. The annual bonus is placed to the credit of these Shares from Jrear to year, and the accumulated bonuses are paid iv addition to the £25, Shakes of Both Classes are entitled, when five years old, to a further yearly bonus out of the divisions out of the Guarantee Fund, one fifth of which is divided annually.
