General entries will be JebeiVed by the Secretary, at his office, up to 8 p.m. of the 15th March. Entrance money 'io be enclosed with name, age, and pedigree (if any) of, the horse and name of owner and colors of the rider. Any Jodkey 'riding except' in the colors entered will be fined £2. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes for expenses.
