If delayed, the occupation' df Constantinople by the Russians is expected. The Russians have occupied Rustchuk. The Turks hare evacuated Erzeroum,
V ' THE LATEST. London, February 25th. The fresh peace conditions demanded by Eussia include the prohibition of the passage of the Dardenelles by all war vessels, but free naviga'ion to merchant ships ; an indemnity of fourteen hundred million roubles, to Jcorer which Turkey is required to cede the ironclad squadron, and the cities of Kars, Batoum, Biyazifl, and Ardahan, and the J territory comprised in the Russian occupation of Asia Mino"r. Forty millions sterling of indemnity to be secured by bonds chargeable to a sinking fund ; the interest on which to be guaranteed by the tribute now paid by Bulgaria and Egypt to the Porte. A monster anti-Russian meeting has been held in Hyde Park.
