(Before B. H Carew, Esq., Warden.) Monday, March 20th. John and Duncan M'Taggart's application for an agricultural lease of section 2, block VII., Waitahuna East, was granted. W. J. Dyer's application for section 1 of 26, block 11., Table Hill, was withdrawn. William Simpson's application for section 19, block VIII., Hillend, was granted. William Labes* application for section 51, block VI., Tuapeka West, was granted. James Cook's application for section 12, block VIII., Hillend, was granted. Alexander J. Grant's application (amended to Percival Clay Neill) for section 5, block 1., Lammerlaw, was adjourned. William John Abernethy's adjourned application for a residence area, was refused as he did not appear. Charles Anderson's application for an agricultural lease for section 79, block 1., Waitahuna West, was now Considered and will be granted as soon as arrangements with regard to hu|s on the land are made with the owners.
