LAWRENCE.
(Before B. H. Carew, Esq., 8.M., and .Alex. Stewart, Esq., J.P.) Kirby v. Spencc. — Claim £3 for cartage. Mr. Copland appeared for plaintiff. Judgment for £3 and costs of Court, Us, to be paid on or before 10th April. J. E. Pope. v. J. Michael. — Claim of £10 for damage done by defendant's sheep to plaintiff's garden. Mr. Gooday appeared for plaintiff, and Mr. M'Coy for defendant. After evidence was heard in this case judgment was given for £5, costs of Court 15s, and professional costs, 21s. Lawrence Carter Holmes v. Allan Mitchell— Claim, £6 lls 6d. Judgment confessed. Robert Sutherland applied for a slaughtering license. — Granted, Robert Carrie was charged with being drunk and disorderly. He was cautioned and discharged.
