{From our ovm Correspondent.) Dunedin, April 21. The first sitting of the new. Licensing Bench was hold to-day. Mr. Bathgate, R.M., made a few remarks explanatory of the intentions of the Bench with reference to the granting of licenses. The Court was crowded.
