I HEREBY Give Notice that I have applied to the Warden for a lease of land for agricultural purposes, being section 61, block 111., and section 55, block VI., Tuapeka West, the one adjoining section 8, block 111., and the other adjoining section 5, block VI. , and is that part of the mining reserve which has been in my occupation over two years, and comprising 25 acres or thereabouts ; and that the said application will be heard at the Warden's Office, Lawrence, on the 21st day of June, 1871. Persons objecting to the granting of such lease must lodge the same with the Warden within twenty-four hours of the day of hearing. JOHN HOGG.
