RULES AND REGULATIONS. Mares and geldings allowed (Jibs. No entries will be received for any of the above Races, except on this condition, viz., that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards,, or whom they may appoint. Their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of the Programme to. be final.
