IT A T T HEW H A Y 111 has received instructions to sell by public auction, on Saturday, 6th November, 1869, at his Sale Room, Ross Place, Lawrence, at one o'clock sharp, That splendid CLAIME known by the name of and Boland's Claim, comprising 3 acres, more or less, and situated within 3. miles of the Tuapeka Mouth, on the Tuapeka river: together with a full supply of water all the year- round; also, the Mining Plant complete. This Claim is held by five shareholders, and will be sold in shares to suit purchasers. The Auctioneer would respectfully call the attention of practical miners and capitalists to the opportunity offered by the sale of thjs splendid mining property.
