CHANGE IN LAW.

Minister’s Recommendation to Cabinet. FACILITIES FOR CORONER. United Press Assn. —By Telegraph— Copyright. (Received June 26, 11.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The Alinister of Justice, Air Alartin, proposes to make recommendations to Cabinet for an amendment of the law in relation to coronial inquiries. Air Alartin said that conditions to-day were so entirely different from the conditions prevailing when the present law was made that it was essential that tl e law should be overhauled to conform to the conditions to-day. Mr Alartin said: ‘‘l am doing that and I think that the Government would be well advised to consider the question of giving greater facilities to a coroner to proceed with an inquest when part of the body is produced of a person who the coroner is convinced is dead.”
