“GAY DIVORCEE.”
“The Gay Divorcee,” which is having a return season at the Grand Theatre this week, must be classed as one of the screen’s greatest spectacles of beauty, rhythm and romance. It is a musical comedy with a plot—a clever and ingenious story in which comedy naturally dominates, but which also contains the other ingredients necessary to a play that has a community-wide appeal. Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire ar§ starred. The supports include Chapter 3 of the thrilling serial, “ Pirate Treasure.”
