The annual meeting of the Hornby branch of the New Zealand Poultry Producers' Federation was held in the Parish Hall, Hornby. Mr T. W. l')ove presided. The annual report fully reviewed the activities of the branch since its formation. The balance-sheet showed a credit of £3 Bs. The election of officers resulted:—President. Mr L. C. Ancill: vice-president, Mr T. B. Grant; secretary anc? treasurer, Mr .1. W. McGlinchy; minute secretary, Mr F. A. nail; executive, Messrs E. Nottingham, D. A. Adams, A. E. Kitto. T. S. Dove, J. Thorn and J. Schofield: delegates to District Council, Messrs T. S. Dove and J. W. McGlinchy. Two new members I were elected. The branch decided to | hold educational meetings during the
