GREYMOUTH, May 26. The Maori Gully return was 3002 for sixty-eight hours. The short week was due to the suspension of operations on Wednesday to enable adjustment prior to the dredge being taken over from the contractor. It is expected to recommence to-mor-Mossy Creek. \ Per Press Association. GREYMOUTH, May 26. The Mossy Creek return was 70oz 12dwt for 118 hours from 14,.800 yards. Sixteen hours were lost through power interruption. Bendigo Goldllght Dredge. The dredgmaster of the Bendigo Goldlight Dredging Company reports that the dredge has now undergone all her trials, and everything is working satisfactorily. The water supply is ample, and the dredge has opened out sufficiently to turn into the face at any moment. At present the corners of the padttocks are being taken out in order to give as wide a working face as possible. This work will be completed in a few days, and full dredging operations will be commenced immediately afterwards. Goldfields Dredging Company. The secretaries of the Goldfields Dredging Company, Ltd., report that the dredgemaster cfid not wash up last week in view of the absence of solid ground. A wash-up is expected this week. Worksop Extended. As a result of a vote taken by the shareholders of the Worksop Extended Gold Dredging Company, Ltd., some time ago, it has been decided to change the situation of the company’s office from Christchurch to the West Coast. The company’s office has now been removed to Reefton, and Mr T. H. Lee appointed secretary. The company’s dredge is operating a large dredging area situated in Antonio's Valley, near Mawheraiti, situated on the GreymouthReefton railway l ne. Waihi Production. Since 1887, when the Waihi mine began producing, £18,706,435 has been realised from the ore treated.
