PLANS FOR GLACIARIUM.

Plans for a concrete building, finished with clinker brick, to house the Glaciarium in Salisbury Street have been approved by officials of the company. The building will be 180 ft by 80ft, with an ice-floor 140 ft by 60ft, served with refrigeration from over 30.000 feet of piping set in concrete. Ice will be produced by flooding the floor and circulating cold brine through the pipes. The building tvill have accommodation for 1000 spectators, ample room for refreshment and service spaces, and will be set back 100 feet from the road to make provision for a parking area.
